What it is
Fan conventions aren't generic ticketed events. They're multi-stakeholder communities with their own way of working, run on volunteer hours, and stuck with tools that fight them. Triceratops is built around how conventions actually operate.
Who's building it
Someone who has run them. Years in senior operational roles inside fan conventions, on the engineering side and on the floor during load-in weekend. This is the platform I wanted from the other side of the badge table.
